CANCELLATION CONDICTIONS OF REGISTRATION
- Cancellation requests for registration must be communicated to Z Event and organization by e-mail to the address gscc@zevent.com.tr
- Cancellation requests made until May 3, 2023 will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs .
- There will be no refund for cancellations made after the date of May 3, 2023. It will be possible to make name changes until latest June 1, 2023. Congress Organization Committee and Z Event do not accept any responsibility for any changes after the very date.
- All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.
